Team members — £25/mo

Your agency staff. Everyone who uses the CRM to manage clients, tasks, time and projects. Account managers, designers, developers, social and SEO all count as team seats. First 3, 6 or 10 included depending on tier.

Client portals — £8/mo

Each client who has access to their branded portal counts as one client portal seat. They can view their projects, approve work, upload content, view invoices and message the team. First 5, 15 or 30 included depending on tier.

Read-only viewers — £10/mo

Directors, silent partners or external stakeholders who need to see dashboards and reports but do not manage tasks or interact with clients. No minimum included in any tier. Add as needed.
